Our approach

We cite our sources. Most webinar advice does not.

WebinarFly exists for one reason. Most webinar advice is either a vendor selling a button or a guru selling a feeling, and both skip the part that matters: the exact words, the exact timing, and the exact number you should expect, with a source you can verify. So we built the opposite. Every guide here is checked against the actual research, then cited.

What we stand for

Every claim is cited.

When we make a claim about attention, no-shows, or persuasion, we name the study behind it: peer-reviewed cognitive science, a randomized controlled trial on reminders, the behavioral-economics literature. You are meant to check us.

Mechanism over motivation.

Most advice sells a feeling. We hand you the mechanism: the exact sentence, the exact send time, the exact number to expect. When we say create urgency, we draw the line between a cart that genuinely closes and a countdown that resets on refresh, and we tell you to stay on the honest side.

One system, not a pile of tactics.

The whole library is organized around The 5 Engines of Webinar Mastery, Attract, Engage, Pitch, Sell, Scale, so the pieces connect instead of contradicting each other.

Honest about the tool we make.

We build a webinar platform, and we will tell you plainly when a simpler or free tool is the right call. We teach the method in the open. The platform is there only when you want it.

The tool we recommend

When you want to run this without stitching four tools together, we build these funnels on Webinly, the all-in-one webinar platform for creators, coaches, consultants, and SaaS founders. It puts the reminder cadence, the room, and the offer in one place, which is exactly the setup the research in our guides points to. We teach the method in the open, and the platform is there when you want it, not before.
